Half of the duck crew spend most of their days out in the wetland, now that it's actually a wetland, and they bask in the sunset glow from the bridge. Pretty picturesque I must say. I just happened to catch these Canada geese zooming past the other night.
After a week of my friend Jen being here (which meant we were up until 1 or 2 am talking) I got G's cold and it knocked me out for the weekend because it also gave me conjunctivitis which meant I couldn't wear contacts, therefore couldn't wear sunglasses, and the light was intensely painful. Also, I looked like a zombie. For real. What a waste of a weekend!
